Shipping and returns
Shipping
Orders ship from the United States. Pieces in stock leave within two to three business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces take two to four weeks, and you will be told the timing before you pay.
Any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

- Tracked, 3 to 5 business days
- Canada
- Tracked, 7 to 14 business days
Returns
Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus return shipping. Get in touch first so the return can be logged.
Pieces that cannot be returned:
- Custom orders
- Made for one person, so only returnable if something is wrong with them
- Engraved pieces
- Same reason
- Earrings
- Not returnable once worn, for hygiene
If something arrives damaged
Email a photo within seven days and it will be replaced or refunded. Solid gold is also repairable, so if a piece fails later, ask before writing it off.
